what will you make?
an agent writes the page. htmlshare gives it a url. every recipe here is a real thing people publish — with the prompt that makes it and the url it ends up at.

questions.
05 / questionsdo i need an account?
not to publish. an anonymous page is live at a public url the moment you drop the file, and it stays public for 24 hours. an account is how you keep one past that — the claim link you get back attaches the page to you and keeps it at the same address, and there is a seven-day recovery window behind the expiry in case you claim it late.
which ai assistants do these prompts work in?
claude, chatgpt, codex, cursor and grok, as written. every prompt is plain text that ends by asking for a single self-contained html file, so there is nothing to install and no integration to configure before you start — the file format is what makes them portable.
what does htmlshare do to the html?
almost nothing, deliberately. we store the bytes you upload and serve them back unchanged — no build, no rewriting, no scripts injected into your page. free pages carry one small attribution badge, which the reader can dismiss, and that is the only thing we add to a response.
what does it cost?
publishing is free and anonymous publishing needs no account at all. claiming a page so it outlives its 24 hours is free too, and nothing in this library needs a paid plan to work.
can my assistant publish the page for me?
yes. every starting prompt ends with the publishing instructions: use an htmlshare connector if one is configured, and otherwise post the html to the rest api, which needs no key. you get back the url, a private claim link, and a manage token — the manage token is the only thing that can edit the page later, so keep it somewhere you will find it.
