Prepared for Brewly Coffee
A public page you can send. One file. One url.
From htmlshare. Short enough to read on a phone. Concrete enough to accept or send back.
- Client
- Brewly Coffee
- Project
- [PROJECT TITLE]
- Date
- 19 September 2026
- Valid until
- [VALIDITY DATE]
- Prepared by
- htmlshare
- Price model
- Fixed fee · three tiers
Yellow marks are blanks. They are not estimates. Fill them before this goes to anyone else — especially fees, dates, and Brewly's own words below.
The problem
In Brewly's words — not ours. Paste the two paragraphs from the inquiry or call. Do not rewrite them into agency language.
“[BREWLY — paragraph 1. Their situation, as they said it.]”
“[BREWLY — paragraph 2. What is broken or missing today, as they said it.]”
What we'll do
When the project ends, each line below either exists or it doesn't. If it isn't on this list, it isn't in the fee.
- One self-contained public HTML page for Brewly Coffee, live at a shareable url.
- A layout that reads on a phone first: hours, location, and the content blocks you name before kickoff.
- Content placed from assets you supply — words, logo, photos. Missing assets stay marked as blanks; we do not invent them.
- The source
.html file delivered to you, so you can edit it or republish it.
- A pass for accessibility basics: readable type, contrast, focus states, labeled links.
- [OPTIONAL DELIVERABLE — name it or delete this line]
Out of scope
These are not included. Adding any of them is a new price, not a favor at the end.
- A multi-page site, CMS, or customer accounts.
- Online ordering, payments, POS, or delivery-app integrations.
- Original photography, illustration, or brand-identity work.
- Copywriting from scratch, SEO campaigns, or paid ads.
- Native apps, email marketing, or social posting.
- Ongoing hosting management beyond the page we publish on htmlshare.
- Anything not named in “What we'll do.”
Timeline
Dates below are blanks on purpose. Durations start when we have the kickoff items, not when this page is opened.
Phase 1 · [DURATION]
Kickoff
Confirm the tier, the content blocks, and the blanks in this document.
You owe: written go-ahead, the named contact, and the first payment. Plus logo, photos, hours, address, and the two problem paragraphs if they are still blank.
Phase 2 · [DURATION]
First live draft
A public url you can open on your phone. Not a mock. The page.
You owe: one written round of notes in a single list, within [N DAYS].
Phase 3 · [DURATION]
Final
Revisions included in the tier applied. Source file handed over. Page left up at the agreed url.
You owe: final payment, and a yes/no on claiming the page so it does not expire if it was published anonymously.
Pricing
Fixed fee. Three tiers. Pick one. The middle one is what we recommend unless you already know you need less or more.

Terms
- Payment. [X%] to start. Remainder before we call it final. Late invoices pause the calendar.
- Revisions. Only the rounds in the chosen tier. A revision is a written list against the current draft — not a new project in disguise.
- Cancellation. You can stop by email. Work already done is billed; the start payment is not refundable once Phase 2 has begun. Unused later phases are not billed.
- Your materials. You warrant you have the right to the words, marks, and photos you send. We will not keep using them on other clients' pages.
- The page. The HTML is yours after final payment. Hosting on htmlshare follows htmlshare's own terms at the url we publish to.
Next step
Do this one thing
Email yes, Page + polish — or the name of another tier — to hi@htmlshare.net. That is the go-ahead. If a blank still needs a number, ask for it in the same email before you say yes.
