Terms

Payment. [X%] to start. Remainder before we call it final. Late invoices pause the calendar.
Revisions. Only the rounds in the chosen tier. A revision is a written list against the current draft — not a new project in disguise.
Cancellation. You can stop by email. Work already done is billed; the start payment is not refundable once Phase 2 has begun. Unused later phases are not billed.
Your materials. You warrant you have the right to the words, marks, and photos you send. We will not keep using them on other clients' pages.
The page. The HTML is yours after final payment. Hosting on htmlshare follows htmlshare's own terms at the url we publish to.
